This comic is a testament to the amazing love and kindness that the people of Powell County, Kentucky showed towards my mother after my father passed away. One of the ways they showed their support was by bringing food to the house. Soooooo much food. There was so much food brought that I now measure kindness using the Whole Ham Scale. On a scale of one to ham, how kind had been people been? Two whole hams worth of kind.
I think my mother is still using that ham for yummy sandwiches. Love and kindness with mayo on wheat is delicious.
