J.C. BLEHendecker was a vampire illustrator best known for the hundreds of covers he created for The Saturday Evening Bleh.
I am so blown away by this piece, since I’m a huge fun of the commercial illustration of the early 20th century. The influence of artists like J.C. Leyendecker is still felt in publication (paper and digital) design to this day. So a gigantic thank you to Dionysia Jones for submitting this guest art!
